Membership of PARBICA entitles the member to a host of privileges and opportunities. Membership provides access to a network of people in Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands who are interested in archives, records and information management. It also invites you to regular regional conferences and training workshops and a subscription to PARBICA's newsletter, Panorama. Membership is available to both organisations and individuals as outlined in the fees schedule below.

The PARBICA membership categories are based upon those of the International Council on Archives (ICA) and are applicable to members residing in the Pacific region only.
Organisations or individuals that join PARBICA are encouraged to also join the ICA and we offer members the option of combining both PARBICA and ICA membership invoices onto the one annual invoice. New members can do this be choosing this option on the Membership Application Form. Existing members wishing to know more about this service should contact the Treasurer.
Prospective Category A and B members should note that they are required to first join the ICA at the same level before PARBICA. ICA membership enquiries may be directed to the PARBICA Treasurer or direct to the ICA.
